Final Report

Located in Charlottesville, VA, 500 Ray C. Hunt Drive is found within the Fontaine Research Park near the intersection of Route 29 and Fontaine Avenue. The building was originally constructed in 1993 as the headquarters office building for the University Physicians Group. The project consists of remodeling the existing 62,709 SF, 4-story office building. During construction, the facility is unoccupied. The following document is a final report of three analyses and a research topic that relate to both 500 Ray C. Hunt Drive and the construction industry.
